Typically it takes around twelve weeks to recover your monies. However time scales can be shorter or longer in some cases.

3. Will my credit rating be affected if I make a claim?

NO. The Ministry of Justice has been set up to regulate the mis-selling and lenders are not allowed to use such bullying and illegal tactics. We guarantee we will professionally process your claim through the courts and deal with the lenders. You will not be black listed or suffer any credit rating penalties.

4. Can I reclaim PPI on credit cards?

Yes you can.

5. What are your charges?

Our charges on personal loan PPI claims are as follows:

6. Can I claim back PPI myself?

Well you can try. Lenders have been adopting all kinds of pervious method to put people off, even though you are legally entitled. Lenders have been less than honest in the letters they have sent out, which imply there is no case to answer. Sadly these are lies, which our legal team see straight through. Although it is of course possible, many people have been put off by the legal language of the lenders trying to defend their position. Our legal team see this every day and are used to this. They have already won cases for people like you. They provide you with the peace of mind to get on with your life and leave all of the negotiation to us! Lenders often use stalling tactics when people try to reclaim their own PPI. They can do this is many ways and it can result in a lengthy wait for your money, if indeed you receive anything at all.

7. Is it unfair on banks and lenders?

Well firstly the mis-selling we are investigating on your behalf is against the law! We will thoroughly check each case individually to ascertain if mis-selling has in fact, taken place. IF and only IF there has been mis-selling, THEN we will take on your case. We cannot and will not take forward perfectly legitimate PPI-loans. Keep in mind that your lender has deliberately and secretly conned you by mis-selling illegally. They have been unfair to you. This is massive! They have made £ 5 billion per year just from this largely mis-sold PPI! They have ripped you off and its time now for you to reclaim what you are legally entitled to.

8. Has my policy been mis-sold?

Government legislation has been brought in to catch up with rogue lenders of which there are many, and shockingly, many are high street names! If you have PPI with your secured or unsecured loan, then there is a good chance that we can help you to reclaim the substantial PPI fee you already paid out. Our agents are Ministry of Justice approved, which means that you can trust our experienced legal team to win your case for you with minimal paperwork and effort by you. Our experienced legal team have a track record of success, which means these are facts that we are giving you now and not just lender or media hype.

9. Is it risky to lose my PPI cover?

Many policies can not be claimed against in a number of scenarios anyway. They have been mis-sold and are in some cases useless. When we look at your case, we will tell you honestly whether or not your policy was mis-sold to you. We can also arrange to provide you with the correct insurance cover upon the completion of your claim, for full peace of mind.
